LinkUp collects the data necessary for its operation: name, email address, phone number, educational institution, and profile data. We may also collect camera/photo library access solely to allow you to set or update your profile picture.

• Validate your account and community membership.
• Connect you with other users (e.g., sharing your name and phone number with a ride-share driver).
• Inform you of service updates.
• Manage your subscription and payments.

LinkUp does not sell or rent your personal data. It may be shared with third parties only when necessary for the service (e.g., payment processor, or a Collaborator to validate a Deal).

We implement security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. By accepting our terms, you give your consent for your personal information to be safely stored and used for LinkUp purposes only.

4. Camera Permission

The LinkUp mobile app requests access to your device camera and photo library exclusively to allow you to upload or update your profile picture. This data is never used for any other purpose and is never shared with third parties.

5. Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team.

6. Applicable Law

This policy is governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is expressly granted to the competent courts of Rabat, Morocco.
